Excellent food at reasonable prices in a new building. The parking lot is always full for a reason. But don’t be scared away by the crowds. There is a LOT of seating inside. We visited when it was busy and the food came out in a reasonable time. The pie is really good. Well worth the calories!
Chicken strawberry salad was generous and tasty! Candied pecans were delicious. Burger and potato salad were fine but not amazing.
We had great service from Laurie! She was kind and funny, and answered all of our questions. I got the Mediterranean omelet with corned beef hash, well-done hash browns, and chocolate pancakes. It all came out better than I could have hoped(although I think feta crumbles instead of chucks would work easier). My partner ordered a corned beef hash eggs Benedict and stuffed strawberry cream cheese waffles. Highly recommend this place if you're in town.
Fast friendly service. Liver was awesome. Batter on onion rings and cheese curds a bit under seasoned. other apps great.
Great service! Delicious food and plenty of it. Kudos ‼ . We were coming home from our trip through Michigan and Canada. We were traveling on our motorcycles.
Parking, big lot. Servers, very attentive. Food, GREAT. Salad bar, expensive but fresh with choices. Patio, nice but can be windy. We had lots of flies. Hard to find seating on weekends, anytime. Resv help. Prices a tad expensive. Overall, I recommend! See pics below.
My wife and I went on a Sunday drive and found ourselves at the Shawano Cafe. Walking in expecting to eat pancakes or something light, we saw Jambalaya was on the Special menu. Being my wife's favorite she tepidly ordered it, not knowing what to expect from a cafe. She was delightfully surprised it was the best Jambalaya she has had in a very long time. I got the Shawano Burger and knew right away it was a great decision. The flavors were amazing. I always put ketchup on my burgers, but this one, no way! Too good. And the mac and cheese as a side was perfect.
We were on a drive from Green Bay to Minneapolis. We were amazed at how busy it was. That's usually a good sign. This was no exception. The staff was working hard but you'd never know it. They were kind and efficient. The food was great.
